Missing warning when leaving unsaved invoice

When editing an invoice if a user opens on an order link or title details link before the invoice have been saved, all unsaved date previously entered into the invoice are lost (invoice details, billed and payd ammount etc.)
When leaving unsaved invoice, there should be a warning like "Are you sure you want to leave the page? Unsaved data may be lost."

The problem remains present in 3.3.2. Probably the easy solution would be to open links in a new tab.

Tested on a 3.13 server as part of the July AIG meeting.

When clicking any links on the line item (PO link, catalog link, other invoices link, etc) they all open in new tabs rather than in the current tab (thus discarding changes silently). If you attempt to navigate to another Evergreen page without saving the invoice, you do a browser popup letting you know that you have unsaved changes that will be lost.

We consider this fixed.
