Bug Description

In My Account > Items Checked Out > E-Items Currently Checked Out:

If a patron has an e-item checked out, the Download button may work as expected the first time it's clicked. On clicking on the Download button a second time (later in the day or on another day), the click produces no visible action or error.

If the patron has already downloaded the e-title on another platform (their e-reader, for example), the Download button in the OPAC may or may not work.

If the patron has multiple e-titles checked out but not yet downloaded, a failure of one Download button causes all the other Download buttons to fail as well.

In every case, there is no visible action or error from clicking the Download button.

This issue appears whether or not there is more than one format download option (for example, ebook-overdrive and ebook-epub-adobe) and different formats are tried.
