Web client: for items with status "On Holds shelf", it's not obvious which library's hold shelf has it

In Evergreen 3.1.2, both XUL and Webstaff.

When an item has the status "On Holds shelf", it shows up in several places. However, this doesn't give information to our circ workers of which library's hold shelf it's on. You can piece this together by using the Holds/Transits tab, or by going to the patron record and looking at their holds tab, but both of these involve several steps.

It would be convenient to show this in the Item Status Detail View somehow.

This would be wonderful! The way things are now, we have to do a lot of digging to find a basic piece of information.

I'm wondering if this is resolved, on our 3.4 system, the current shelf lib shows up in the Item Status, detailed view, holds/transits tab.

That seems like an easy enough way to see which hold shelf the item is on.

We're on 3.7, and I would still like to see an indication of which hold shelf an 'On holds shelf' item is on in Item Status Detail View.

The holds/transits tab does help for most holds, but there are still cases where circulation staff can be left scratching their heads. For 'Ready for Pickup' holds, the Holds/Transits tab has all the needed information to track down the item.

For cancelled holds that are still on the hold shelf, however, the Most Recent Holds area of the Holds/Transits tab does not show any hold information. The Most Recent Transit area can provide some clues, but there's no guarantee that the most recent transit was associated with the most recent hold.

In our consortium it's often the cancelled holds where the item is still 'On holds shelf' that staff are trying to track down.
