Bug Description

In 3.2.2 web client:

When registering a new patron in the web client, the address type defaults to "Mailing" but when registering a new patron from the Pending Patrons bucket, the address type has no default. Our front-line staff request that this has the same default to reduce staff data entry.

Patch coming momentarily.
