Bug Description
Tested on Evergreen 3.1
When you go to Circulations -> Hold Shelf in the web client and select your Library branch the list of holds that appear are missing a few holds. The holds are all captured with items on the hold shelf but are not listed on the screen. I could not find any rhyme or reason for which holds are missing.
