Circulation History CSV putting current date in Date Returned

In 3.2.2:

When using the Download CSV function from My Account in the OPAC, the Date Returned column displays the current date in the Date Returned column. (It's correct on screen.)

EG 3.3.3 - I can confirm that I still see this issue without the fix.

After applying the fix the Date Returned value is accurate, and no longer shows just the current date.
