Bug Description

The AngularJS grid uses the moment and moment-timezone libraries to deliver timestamp values in the workstation OU's timezone. The Angular grids should do the same.

Splitting this bug off from https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1807764 so that it can be tackled separately.

Note this includes honoring time zones other than the workstation org's depending on the context.

I fixed this in the booking refresh branch by adding a timezoneContextOrg @Input to the grid-column component.
