Bug Description
The XUL client has several colors that indicate patron status (expired, bills, notes). The web client doesn't. Can either colors or line items be added to the patron account to alert staff that there is information they may want to access?

On a related note - patron's names are high lighted red regardless of the reason: fines, overdues, AND non-blocking alerts.
It would be helpful if the name color were not tied to alert messages.
