web client: EDI Accounts shows Provider ID with no link

Bug Description
In EDI Accounts, the Provider column has always showed the Provider ID. However, in 3.0 and earlier it shows Provider ID with a link to the provider so that the user can easily pull up the provider record. In 3.2, it now just shows the Provider ID with no link.
Ideally it would show the Provider Code, but at a bare minimum if the ID is kept as the column I'd like it to be hyperlinked again. The ID alone is fairly useless to a user unless they go hunting to match it up in the Providers list.

In 3.7 and 3.9 the Provider column in EDI Accounts shows the Provider code rather than the ID.
It would still be good if this was a link to the provider record.
