Bug Description

PINES libraries use OCLC WorldCat to advertise their holdings to other libraries for ILL requests, and we have a need for a report that will show the last copies on a bib per system (or branch), which is something that is not achievable in the current reports UI. My thought is to create a view, possibly supported by DB functions, that will test to see if the copy is the "last copy" for a particular org unit. The workflow as I understand it is this:

1) Library cataloging staff delete items in the normal course of business.

2) They run a report on the deleted items that tells them whether the deleted copies are "last copies".

3) They use the report results to update their holdings in OCLC.

I'm happy to answer any questions about this.
