Web Client: Holds counts do not refresh when held item is checked out

Bug Description

When checking out items to a patron that are Ready for Pickup, the Holds counts that appear at the top of the patron's record do not refresh. The Items Out count does refresh with each checkout, the Holds counts should as well.

The Holds counts did not refresh in the xul client either, but in xul there is a Refresh button. In the web client it's necessary to use the browser's refresh function, which is far less intuitive.

Use case:

A patron has twelve holds, three of which are ready for pickup. The patron goes to the public holds shelf, finds two of the held items and gathers three more from the stacks to check out. As the items are checked out, the Items out increments with each item, but the Holds counts remain (3/12). After checking out all the items in hand, the staff member will not realize there is another item ready for pickup unless they refresh the patron record using the browser's refresh function.

For ideal usability, the patron record should refresh in real time.
