Group Formats and Editions doesn't group together editions of 20,000 leagues under the sea properly

Sometimes this work has a 245$a of "Twenty thousand leagues under the sea". Other times, the 245$a is "20,000 leagues under the sea". Often, the 246$a will contain the version that is not present in the 245$a. Either way, these two are treated as different works in the Group Formats and Editions view of the opac.
