3.2.1
If you attempt to add users from Pending Users into a User Bucket, but have not yet selected a bucket in the interface, there is no user-visible error generated if you use the "Add to Bucket" action.
There is text indicating "No Bucket Selected" above the barcode entry box, but an active error would be helpful as well.
