Evergreen 3.2 / Wishlist
Building atop bug #1779158, having the ability to save a collection of Vandelay import form values as a template would be useful for staff.
The import form would get a new Save As Template option, where staff can save the input values and give the template a name. The form will also display a template selector. Staff would also have the option to select a default template.
Templates would be stored as a workstation (or user) setting.
This feature would replace the current Dojo-era sticky fields, which are not (yet, anyway) implemented in bug #1779158.

This turned out to be simpler than expected. Pushing commit to implement this feature plus release notes update back to bug #1779158, which is not yet merged. Marking this bug as duplicate.
