If you check out a non-cataloged category, it only shows up as a single line in the items out grid regardless of what number value is entered in the "Number of [thing] circulating" modal.
So, if you check out 5 noncat paperbacks, only a single line will show in the checkout grid; however, if you look in Items Out, you will see 5 lines in the grid -- one for each non-circulating item.
I'm open to the fact that the single line may be intentional behavior, but we've heard from at least one library that they want to see each counted noncat on its own line in the checkout grid. Perhaps a YAOUS? |
