Bug Description
In 3.1.2, a cataloger will follow these steps to import a record via Z39.50:
1) Do their search
2) Select a record
3) Click Import or Edit then Import, then click Import
4) Either click Go to Imported Record or Cancel. However, in reality, a cataloger might want to do both of those things -- view the new record, but still have the Z39.50 screen ready to go with their previous search and settings.
Unfortunately, you can't right click on Go to Imported Record and open it in a new tab; Ctrl + clicking on it also doesn't work.

We would also like to see behavior similar to this, as it would streamline a common cataloging workflow.
It would be handy to see a behavior similar to accessing volume/copy editor from a record: being able to open a new window to view (edit, etc.) the newly-imported record, without closing Z39.50.
We are on 3.1.5.
