Wishlist - Ability to Set Multiple Default Item Prices

We've had multiple requests from libraries to be able to set default item prices based on the type of item, often book versus media.

Potentially this would work by being able to set a system wide default price (as we can now) and then being able to set specific default prices perhaps based on circulation modifier.

Confirming that this is still not possible in 3.9, and it's still something we want. This could be treated like other elements of circulation policies, and the default price could be set using Circ Modifiers, Shelving Location or other elements.
