Bug Description
We changed the link colors in overdue and lost rows of the patron bills interface to provide sufficient contrast against the red background colors. However, we didn't change the link colors for visited, active, and hover states. As a result, when you retrieve the bills screen for a patron after visiting the bib record or item status of their overdue item, the text for those links is unreadable.
See the top row in the attached screenshot.
Working branch is forthcoming.

Confirmed in Evergreen version 3.2.1
The text is very difficult to read. Attached is a screen image of how the color appears on my screen after I've selected the item barcode (linking to item status) and title (linking to bib record).
