Batch Actions: auto select clear basket checkbox

If the user selects'clear the entire basket when action is complete' from within the basket, and then places a hold on basket items, the "clear basket" option at the bottom of the hold form should be automatically selected.

I would also add that even when you manually check the "clear basket" option at the bottom of the hold form the basket does not clear. I tested on Evergreen 3.6 and Evergreen 3.9.

I searched the opac, added a few titles to my basket via the Add to Basket button. Then I clicked on the basket and selected the "View Basket" option. When the list appeared, I checked the boxes next to the bib record titles, I checked the "Clear entire basket when the above action is complete." and selected the Place Hold button. I notice the "Clear basket after holds are requested?". As expected, the option was not automatically selected. I selected the option and selected the Submit button. The holds were placed successfully but the titles remained in the basket.
