Bug Description
In Web client on Evergreen 3.1.2. Our cataloger suggested that the Record Query and Pending Record tabs of the Record Bucket interface display an unintrusive confirmation after a record has successfully been added to a bucket. While there is already a visual cue that a record has been added (the number on the Bucket View tab increments), this relies on the user noting and remembering the number beforehand.
