column sort broken in pending patrons

Bug Description

The Pending Patrons interface had column sort added as part of the fix for bug 1697954 which went in with 3.0-beta, but it appears to have broken again at some point.

I cannot get columns to sort on click or by using sort priority in Manage Columns.

Tested in 3.1.3 and 3.0.8

Column sort for Pending Patrons is still broken in 3.5beta. Columns don't sort on click or by using the sort priority.
