Bug Description
Evergreen version: 3.1.4
Chrome version: 6.0.3440.91
Operating system: Android 7.0.0
When clicking "download" after choosing "ebook-kindle" from my Chrome browser on my Android phone, my default ebook app opens without any prompting. When I do the same thing in Firefox and Chrome on my PC, I am redirected to the lending page on Amazon.com, as I would expect.
