Web Client: Holds Pull List - fields blank when using "Print Full Grid" or "Download Full CSV"

Evergreen Web Client 3.0.8 and 3.0.10

The Holds Pull List will appropriately show the holdable part when the "Parts" column is displayed. However, if the "Print Full Grid" option is chosen, the Parts column prints blank.

I've attached a screenshot showing the column displayed and the print preview showing the value missing. (Note that I did take my testing a step further and actually printed the list. The Part field does NOT print).

The Part field DOES print in other interfaces via Print Full Grid; (I specifically tested Item Status and a patron's Holds screen).

The Part field will also print using "Print Full List" as long as the print template includes the appropriate code.

The parts are also missing from the CSV file.

In a recent webclient, the Part column is populated correctly for a part-level hold. In the "Print Full List" version, the part is correctly included in the column headed "Barcode/Part". In the CSV export version, the column is marked "Part" and is NOT populated.

It looks like this may not just be limited to the "Parts" column. Patron Last Name and Patron First Name are also not printing or downloading as part of the CSV. There may be others.

I can confirm that patron first and last name don't print/download either.

PaILS has encountered this issue on 3.3.6 with the Patron Name fields. Staff wanted to use this to distribute work by patron to handle a backlog.

In 3.8 patron first and last name columns and values download to CSV and print from full grid.

This continues to be an issue (not populating Parts field) when using "Print Full Grid."

Confirming that on a stock 3.8 system using the new Angular Holds Pull List, Parts Label will be printed using 'Print Full List' and/or 'Print Full Grid', and it is also included in the csv download.

Since 3.7 is security-only, I recommend setting this to won't fix.
