Wishlist: Batchloading record buckets by bib ID

There's not currently a way to upload a batch of Bib IDs to a record bucket in the web client. When working with a report output of bib IDs currently, we have to pull up each bib individually either in the pending tab of the bucket interface or the catalog to add them to a bucket.

Comparatively, you can still use Item Status to batch upload copies to a Copy Bucket, and User Buckets has an incorporated import option.

We would find it very helpful to have a batchloader similar to the one in User Buckets available appear in the other bucket interfaces. Item Status has served as the batchloader for both Record and Copy Buckets in the staff client, but since you MUST have item barcodes (which can introduce repeat bucket entry issues / https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1485695 & https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1771568) it's not helpful when you have bib IDs without holdings.

I am aware that some libraries might prefer loading TCNs over Bib IDs, so offering both options in the pending tab of the bucket interface would be the best of both worlds!

Please! Being able to upload a csv of TCNs like you can for patrons would be really helpful. I know you can do the Item Status to add to Record Bucket, but that's not quite as functional directly generating a record bucket from a list of TCNs.

Just had over 100o items that need to be deleted due to duplicate records being mistakenly uploaded. Was able to pull a report for the records that need deleted, but it would have been so much easier if could simply upload the TCN's to a record bucket to delete.

The only workaround I've found is to identify the bibs I'm interested in, select a single item barcode from each bib, load those barcodes into Item Status then select all and add to a record bucket.
