web client: hold selection depth missing from column picker

Bug Description

On EG 3.0.4,

Hold Selection Depth is not on the column picker on View Holds on the catalogue or Holds in patron records. Many of our libraries use hold soft boundary. It is important to see the targeting range of holds.

Agreed -- this can be very helpful for understanding why something did/didn't transit. Also, it would be nice to think of a better way to display the selection depth in a more meaningful way than just the integer -- just a 1 or 2 wouldn't necessarily make much sense to most front-line circ folks.
