Bug Description

In the Add To Bucket modal, used for adding to both copy and record buckets, we are inconsistently applying capitalization to labels:

Name of existing bucket
Name For New Bucket

Looking at other interfaces in the web client, it looks like we are using title case in most places. I would recommend changing all of the labels on this page, including the ones on the buttons, to be sentence case as well, meaning that all words are capitalized with the exception of prepositions with fewer than four letters.

We would then see:

Name of Existing Bucket
Name for New Bucket
Add to Selected Bucket
Add to New Bucket

Looks good to me. I noticed that the Add To Selected button was missed, so I made an adjustment to the case in that button, signed off on Sam's commit and pushed the changes to master, release 3.1 and release 3.0.

Thank you Sam!
