Bug Description
EG 3.1
Another instance of something breaking if jquery in the Opac is enabled. If you click 'Pay select charges' or 'Pay all charges' in the Opac using Stripe with jquery enabled the payment form never appears. The user is sent directly to the payment tab without the satisfaction of adding more debt to their credit card.
Console error for each element in the payment form = "Input Elements should have autocomplete"
