MARC authority editor displays invalid values for Type fixed field

Bug Description

When editing authority records, the MARC editor allows users to right click on the Type fixed field to get a list of possible values. Unfortunately, these values are all only appropriate for bibliographic records, not authority records. The only acceptable value for the LDR/06 for authority records is 'z', meaning authority data: https://www.loc.gov/marc/authority/adleader.html

I've attached a screenshot showing the invalid values suggested for an authority record

Working from 3.7.1 -

From what I've gathered in attempting to add "submenu" values for authority fixed fields, is that there is nothing listed in the MARC Record Attributes or MARC Coded Values Maps to distinguish between the fixed fields that are shared between authorities and bib records.

I was able to add the 'z - Authority record' coded value to the Type fixed field. Since that is the only appropriate value for authorities, it may be okay to have the menu share attributes.
