Bug Description
The item status actions menu is really long, with a ton of options that not every library uses. For example, of the first five Actions at the top of the menu, we only use two. Additionally, frequently used Actions (e.g. Edit Items) are all the way at the bottom of the menu.
I think that some re-ordering could help. Even cooler would be the ability for staff to re-order this menu into an order that makes sense for them.

I've often thought this myself, Jane. The drop down "window" that it opens up in is relatively small as well, so pretty much no matter what you're looking for, you're going to end up scrolling up and down (maybe more than once, if you're like me), to find what you're looking for. I often right click on an item instead of clicking up on the Actions menu, and it's an identical scenario.
