Web Client - Open In New Window

Evergreen 3.1

Throughout Evergreen the older interfaces (such as local administration, server administration, and acquisitions) have an "Open in New Window" button. If you click this button the interface is opened in a new tab but loses the green menu bar across the top and a bunch of functionality breaks.

This button should either be removed/hidden or should properly open the interface in a new tab without losing the web client functionality.

I know this issue will be resolved as the old interfaces are re-done but for now it's causing confusion as the interfaces look like they should work but don't.

Confirmed still an issue in 3.3

Confirmed still an issue in 3.10.

Tested with Local Admin > Circulation Policy Configuration and Statistical Category Editor; Shelving Locations Editor has been updated.

Noting that the Stat Cat Editor is also updated (looking at 3.12), but Circ Policy Config has not.
