Fast Item Add Fails from Legacy Staff Client after Latest Upgrade

Evergreen web client 3.1.2 - impacts XUL Legacy Staff Client...

After upgrade on 6/1/2018 to latest web client patches when staff attempt to use the Fast Item Add from within the legacy staff client an error is returned with following error:

where line 269 of AssetCommon.pm is: for my $incoming_copy_alert (@$incoming_copy_alerts) {

This refers to new alert matrix logic that can't be used in the XUL CLient?
