Web client: opening record in new tab opens in OPAC

In a search result list in the staff client, if I open a bib record in a new tab by right clicking on the title link, that new tab is in the public facing OPAC and not in the web staff client. If I attempt to open a new list of the author by right clicking on an author link in the result set, a result set of the author opens in the OPAC rather than the web staff client.

I am doing data clean up of unauthorized forms of Dickens, Charles. Since redisplaying a record disassociates the record from the result set (https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1741804), I am attempting a work around by opening a record from the search results in a new tab by right clicking on the title link. (in order to maintain that result set and not have to continually search again). Rather than opening a new tab for the specific record in the staff client, the new tab opens the record in the OPAC, with no access to staff functionality.

Similarly, clicking on the author link from a record in the result set opens a author search in the OPAC rather than the staff web client.
