Web client: Catalog search box does not populate without clicking in it

Bug Description

When using search box in Cataloging>Search the Catalog and Search>Search the Catalog, the cursor is not automatically populating the search field and you have to manually click in the box to type in your search. It can be assumed that by these actions, the search box would want to be used. All other search avenues have populated search boxes.

Tested in 3.0.2 and 3.0.7
