Bug Description

Pressing <Enter> in place of clicking OK makes intuitive sense to our staff.
Pressing <Alt + O> would be consistent with much of the XUL interface. Thanks!

You can press <Tab + Enter> to confirm. Maybe "OK/Continue" should be highlighted by default so it's only one key press to confirm.

As it has previously been explained to me, we don't highlight OK/Continue by default because if the alert appears in a place where you are scanning items, if the user is quickly scanning books and not paying attention to the screen, the next scan would send the <Enter> signal and clear the alert. That item wouldn't really be scanned, because there was an alert dialog, not a barcode entry box, and the user would have missed the alert.

We've previously discussed this issue at MassLNC and thought the use of the space bar to close the alert would be just as intuitive and easy as the <Enter> key without running the risk of accidentally being triggered by the barcode scanner. I'm not sure how doable this is.
