I'm marking this as a duplicate of bug 1712854. Although the title for that bug is specific to the holds pull list, the discussion has widened the scope of the bug to include the holds shelf. In addition, the work MassLNC has contracted Equinox to perform will address both interfaces.

I'll update the title and description of that bug to broaden its coverage.

Sorry, I made a mistake in my above comment. I mean to say the holds record interface, not the pull list.
