Web Client: Cataloguing : Cannot save&exit from completed copies tab if item stat cats are required

discovered some weird behavior on the completed copies tab

"Save & Exit" on "completed copies" tab is
grayed out when there is a required copy stat cat AND all copies are on "completed copies" tab.

retrieve bib record -> add multiple volumes and or copies -> select 2 items -> add item attributes -> store selected -> select remaining items -> add item attributes -> store selected -> click completed copies tab -> save options are greyed out

Repeating these steps for a library without a required stat cat the save options are not greyed out. (desired behaviour)

Workaround

retrieve bib record -> add multiple volumes and or copies 3 or 4 barcodes -> select 2 items -> add item attributes -> store selected -> select remaining items -> add item attributes -> save & exit -> all copies are created

This works but does not give them a chance to review the copies - I think this is a bug

In my testing the save options are greyed out even if the selected stat cats are the same.

I'm setting this to Won't Fix as the Holdings Editor in 3.14 (and several versions before) no longer has a Completed Copies tab.
