Web Client: Invalid Address Not in Sidebar

Bug Description

When selecting a patron in search results who has an Invalid Address alert, the Alert does not appear in the sidebar. Assuming "Invalid patron address penalty" is set to True in Library Settings, it will appear in the sidebar when you double-click to access the patron's record. Testing has revealed that this also occurs with alerts created under the Messages tab that are not related to Invalid Address. The display of alerts in the sidebar should be consistent.

Confirmed. To see this behavior:

1. Open a test patron account, go to Messages and create an alert.
2. Go back to the search screen and search for that paton.
3. Single-click on the patron to show the patron info in the summary bar: the alert created in step 1 does not display. (Other types of warnings, as well as alerts created in the alert box on the patron edit form may appear.)
4. Open the patron account (double-click or select a tab): the alert created in step 1 now displays.

Expected behavior is that the alerts should appear when the patron is selected without having to open the patron account first.
