Once one goes through the process to batch import some MARC records, right after the queue Items Import dialog, the dialog appears in the middle of the a long page full of whitespace (pay attention to the scrollbar in the screencast above)

Ideally, these modals/dialogs should appear within the viewport and not cause
scrolling to empty areas of a long page. (Thanks to Andrea (abneiman) for catching that detail in the video)

Actually, upon closer inspection, the actual bug is that the "Import Items" dialog shows up sometimes in a blank area in the middle of a long page full of whitespace. I've noticed this in other Dojo interfaces where a dialogue/modal prompt shows up at the bottom of a page or in a mierda location in the viewport.

I'll update the main description above.

Note this will eventually be resolved (for Vandelay) with bug #1779158, if it's not resolved sooner.
