The "Make Items Bookable" modal can't be closed at all

https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1689325 helps to prevent accidental closures in the Web Client. However, it also made the "Make Items Bookable" modal so that it can't be closed at all, whether intentionally or accidentally. Is there a way to add a nice Close or Cancel button to this modal?

Affecting 3.1 and current master

Steps to recreate:
1) Open up a bib record in the Web client.
2) Go to the holdings view.
3) Right click on an item and make it bookable.
4) You will get a modal that can't be closed at all. Expected behavior is that there be some intuitive way to close the modal consistent with other modals in the Web client (e.g. a close button in the top right corner or a Cancel button in the bottom right corner)

Update: you can close this modal using the Esc key. That appears to be the only way, though.

Note that this is fixed in the angular staff catalog.
