It's not possible to load the reporter in the web client on the current rel_3_0 (I've not yet checked master, but assume it's the same there) because the memcache key is constructed improperly when retrieving the user session. These messages appear in my logs when trying to load the reporter in the web client:
CALL: open-ils.auth open-ils.auth.session.retrieve "\"oh_no_its_a_quoted_authtoken\""
No user in the cache exists with key oils_auth_"oh_no_its_a_quoted_authtoken"
Other interfaces that load in an eg-embed-frame appear to be fine.
