Bug Description
Web client 3.0.0 & 3.0.3
One of the features of copy tags allows a staff user to add ad hoc copy tags at the time of item creation/editing. However, if you are adding or editing more than one item, multiple tags are created in the grid of the Copy Tags Admin interface.
Preferred behavior in this instance would be to only create one tag on this grid, even if it is created while adding/editing multiple copies.

Confirmed that adding a new item tag on the fly while editing multiple items results in the creation of multiple, duplicate item tags. I am unable to confirm that this also happens when creating items. Currently, I cannot create multiple items on our test system.
