Bug Description

Appears to be related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1739290 and https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1746536.

We attempted to work around the Item Status bugs by using Copy Buckets as recommended with many of the Item Status batch bugs, but it also fails when using Copy Buckets. The Call Number fields are inactive (grey).

This branch fixes call number editing as long as all copies being edited are on the same bib. When copies from multiple bibs are being edited the call numbers aren't available. If that's a workflow that staff want to have available a more in-depth change is required.

We can edit call numbers across bib records in the XUL client under item status (from the actions for catalogers menu). The copy bucket interface in the XUL client doesn't have edit call numbers functionality -- you have to transfer them to item status (which you can't do in the web client).

We do need be able to edit call numbers across bibs somewhere. For example, if I need to change a number of J call numbers to YA call numbers, doing them in batch rather than one record at a time is faster and more efficient.

And it's apparently not as fixed as I thought. My patch isn't counting the number of bibs correctly anyway, so it only allows call number editing for single items. I suppose that's a good incentive to get moving on the ability to be able to edit any number of items and calls regardless of bibs involved.

I pushed a branch that lets you edit call numbers from a copy bucket. In the "actions" menu there's now an option "Edit call numbers":

Feedback welcome.
