Web Client: Save and Clone Error

Bug Description

In 3.0.2:

We are getting intermittent errors when using the Save and Clone feature from a patron account.

If I change something on the patron account and then click Save and Clone, it works fine.

If I don't change anything, just open up the edit screen and then click Save and Clone, I often (but not always) get a popup error message (see attached). No errors are appearing in the browser console. If I click OK after that, wait for the screen to reload, and then click Save and Clone again, it will then work properly the second time.

(I also tested on 3.0.0 and did not see the same problem exactly, although if I clicked Save and Clone there and then closed the new tab and clicked Save and Clone again from the original tab, I got the same error - not sure if that is related or not.)

I'm no longer seeing this problem in 3.1.
