Web Client: MARC Editor not shifting focus to new tags

Bug Description

When adding a tag to MARC record, the cursor focus does not jump to the new tag automatically so that staff can start adding the new information.

Similarly, when a new subfield delimiter is inserted, the cursor remains in the previous subfield rather than springing forward.

You can tab forward into these fields, but it should be assumed that by inserting them, staff wish to use them immediately.

Just a note that it's very unintuitive to add a subfield delimiter and not be able to immediately add the subfield code. When creating a new subfield a, I'm really used to doing <CTRL + D> then <b>, not <CTRL + D> then <Tab> then <b>. Unfortunately, if I do <CTRL + D> then <b>, it typically results in losing the data in the previous subfield, too. :-(

Tested in 3.1.3
When adding a tag to MARC record, the cursor focus does not jump to the new tag as in 3.0.1

However, it seems to me that the "adding subfield problem" has been solved in 3.1.3
When creating new subfield using Ctrl+ D, cursor jumps directly to subfield code (it is not necessary to use additional Tab). And no data in previous subfield have been lost.
