Item Status screen - Total Circs Current and Prev Incorrect

In 3.0.2 Web Client:

On the Item Status (Details View) screen, the Total Circs field is correct, but the Total Circs - Current Year and Total Circs - Prev Year are incorrect.

Attached example shows an item that has was cataloged August 2017, and has not had any of the prev circ info archived. I've verified the total number of previous circs in the logs, and there should have been 3 circs in the Current Year and 20 in the Prev Year.

(The XUL Client displays the correct numbers - screenshot also attached.)

I can confirm the behavior. We just received another ticket on this issue.
