Bug Description
Web Client version 3.0.3
The Library Setting titled "Deprecated: Format Dates with this pattern" does not appear to be deprecated. In my test, there is a value set at the highest organization level. The value set in "Deprecated: Format Dates with this pattern" will still be used instead of a value set in the Library Setting "Format Dates with this pattern." This example can be easily recreated when entering the patron's date of birth within the patron registration screen, utilizing the calendar widget.

That label change is probably premature; there was a FIXME asking about it in the code that made the change. The real point is that those settings should only affect the XUL client (and maybe some Dojo interfaces), and that a new set of settings exist that affect the web client. When the XUL client goes away, so should those associated settings.
