Bug Description
In the web client, the only way to clear Choose library for Vol/copy transfer destination is to delete the stored preference: eg.cat.
Choose library should be easier for user to clear.

I want to add that I would not want this to automatically clear -- I just successfully used this while transferring several vol/copies across several bib records attached to an incorrect owning library to the correct owning library. It was very efficient for my initial choice on a title record to be retained since they all belonged to the same library and I did not have to choose it repeatedly.
