Item status screen in web client is showing the circ lib of the circulation record not the circ lib of the item record

Tested in Evergreen 3.0 and Master
When you being up and item in the web client item status screen and select Circulating Library column the Library name that shows appears to be coming from the last circulation record and not the item record.
To test make sure the circulating library (circ_lib) field in the asset.copy record is different from the circ_lib field on the last action.circulation record for the item. Go the web client Item status screen, enter in the copy barcode and hit the Submit button. Select the Circulating Library column from the drop down Column picker. You will see the Library name of the circ_lib column on the action.circulation table.
