Bug Description

In 3.0.2, related to work done for https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1704873:

There doesn't appear to be an option available to get the owning library shortname onto the templates.

copy['call_number.owning_lib'] just prints the branch ID (ie, 202 when we need FRRLS-GR).
