web client patron bills tab - bill type is blank

Bug Description

Tested in 2.12.8 and 3.0.2

Click on Bills tab in Patron Summary.

The Type column is blank in the web client. The XUL version shows circulation or grocery for type.

I'm not sure if this bug is a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1740535 or perhaps a nuance of words. On the XUL Client, the Transaction Type drop down menu displays Circulation and Grocery. The Transaction Type drop down is indeed absent from the Web Client.
